Legal Support and Applications:
Buk adheres to labor regulations established by the competent authorities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and offering a secure and automated approach to people management. Before beginning, it is crucial to understand that area information is fundamental for forming the organization's structure. The basic structure is managed by three levels of division: Division, Areas, and Sub-areas. Within a Division are the company's Areas, which are further composed of Sub-areas. It is important to always include at least three levels, and if you do not work with Sub-areas, you can repeat the name of the Area.
Individual Platform Process:
Once created, by clicking on the name of your Division, you will be able to create the corresponding areas in the "Edit" section. Then, select the "Create Area" option and fill in the name of the area in the corresponding box. Then, press "Save".
After completing the previous step, you need to create the sub-areas. To do this, click on the name of your Area and, in the "Edit" section, select the "Create Sub-area" option and, fill in the required information. Once ready, remember to save the changes.
